The annual century ride held in memory of Dr. Jim Glassner, a longtime friend and supporter of cycling in central Alabama. Capital City 100 is the premier 100-mile road cycling century of the Glassner Autumn Challenge, touring south through rural Montgomery County with full mechanical and SAG support, themed rest stops, and a finish-line festival at Alabama State University.
